Head Coach
Eduardo Fuller hails from Peru, lived in Argentina for 16 years where he trained professional fighters and now lives in the Northern Beaches. He holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has professional MMA experience and more than 20 years training and coaching boxing.
“When I started helping fighters I never thought it would change my life completely. It started as an opportunity to learn and help others, but it has made me grow as a fighter, trainer and human more than I could have ever imagine.”
The Box Fuller approach:
Eduardo uses a systematized, fundamentals based approach to boxing. New or experienced, this means starting with footwork as the foundation on which building blocks can be added.
Expect to start by learning how to create a stable structure, maintaining balance while learning how to synchronize the steps. Punches are then introduced in co-ordination with the steps, alongside the different options for defense.
Box Fuller uses 1:1 partner drills in a program which runs in sequential blocks to build skills layer by layer. The drills are designed to practice each footwork, punches and defense.
