Regular Box Fuller boxing class. The typical class format consists of roughly warm up, partner drills, bag work and abs.
1 on 1 partner drills are core to the Box Fuller approach. The drills typical run in cycles, increasing in complexity. Each person should feel comfortable to work within their skill level and at their own pace. If you are a new joiner, you can join at any point and the drills will be adapted to your experience.
